The All Mint Wedding Reception

After kicking off the weekend with an iconic tennis-inspired welcome party, it was time for the main event—the wedding reception. While the welcome party embraced dark green tones, the reception introduced a fresh mint palette that completely transformed the space. Together, the two events created one cohesive design story for this unforgettable Palm Springs wedding.

Planned by Lynden Lane and designed alongside our Event Designer, Milana, every detail was carefully considered. From custom installations to layered textures, each element helped bring the couple’s vision to life.

A Cocktail Hour Worth Gathering Around

The celebration began with cocktail hour, where guests gathered around our custom 360 Cabo San Lucas Bar. We finished the bar in a soft mint color to match the reception décor and a custom lattice front. Custom corner pedestals completed the design, giving the entire piece a seamless, built-in look. This was the first design moment guests stopped to admire, before the night even began.

A Reception Designed to Feel Like Home

Next, guests stepped into a reception that felt warm, inviting, and personal. Rather than creating a traditional ballroom, the goal was to design a space that felt like home—a place where friends and family could celebrate and dance the night away together. The custom stage became the focal point of the room. An elegant oval stage front paired perfectly with a matching custom DJ booth, creating a clean and cohesive look. Meanwhile, the custom panel design along the entire reception included a square design to add contrast to the space. Picture frames lined the walls, to give it the charm of an elegant home.

The Bar Everyone Talked About

Of course, no Palm Springs wedding is complete without a statement bar.

For the reception, we designed a custom bar featuring a trompe-l’œil marble countertop and oval wood detailing across the front. A warm golden oak finish added natural texture, while the mint color palette kept everything fresh and modern. Guests gathered around it all night, making it one of the most photographed pieces in the room.

Every detail in the space had a purpose. The added sofas, bookshelves, and warm lamps created a cozy living room feel, with the dance floor in the center, inviting everyone to gather. The mint palette brought fresh energy to the reception, while the custom décor transformed the space into an elegant, welcoming, and completely unique experience.
