Our 120,000 square-foot warehouse in downtown Los Angeles hosts an expansive inventory of props, panels, soft goods, lighting, furniture, decor and custom pieces created by our skilled team of over 100 carpenters, welders, seamstresses, painters, artists and designers.

Our Process

While each event is unique, here’s a basic breakdown of the Revelry Event Designers’ event process from start to finish:

  1. Concept: We start by defining the vision of the event starting with theme, color palette, design needs. How many people, the date, the feel, etc..
  2. Visualize: Our design team brings your ideas to life through detailed renders, visual decks, and mood boards, outlining layouts and design specifications.
  3. Space Planning: We develop a comprehensive floor plan of the space, ensuring seamless integration and coordination among all vendors.
  4. Presentation: Experience your event before it happens! We create a full-scale mock-up in our warehouse for you to walk through and visualize the space. This can include florals, lighting, other vendors working together to give the client options of what the event could look like.
  5. Production: After approval from the client, our dedicated teams – from carpentry to fabric experts – meticulously craft and prepare every element, ensuring perfection down to the smallest detail. We then carefully clean, steam, prep and check all furniture, lighting and textiles before loading up our trucks and heading to the event.
  6. Installation: Our team goes on-site to unload and set up, bravely tackling challenges, including unpredictable weather, to bring the design to life.
  7. Final Touches: On event day, all the details come together – from precise furniture placement to lighting, florals, and catering. The event photographer captures the final product before the arrival of guests.
  8. Celebrate and Clean Up: After guests enjoy the event experience, we stand by, ready for a seamless post-event breakdown, whisking everything back to our warehouse.
