A Romantic Pelican Hill Wedding Featured in Inside Weddings

Some weddings stay with you long after the last dance, and Lexi and Nathan’s Pelican Hill wedding is one of them. Featured in Inside Weddings, this breathtaking celebration brought together timeless romance, dramatic design, and sweeping ocean views for a truly unforgettable day.

Planned by International Event Company in just six months, every detail reflected the couple’s vision of creating an elegant celebration that felt unique, personal, and anything but traditional.

An Oceanfront Ceremony

The couple exchanged vows beneath the Rotunda with the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop, and signature decor including our Avignon Chandeliers right above them. The chandeliers added warmth and sophistication while complementing the natural beauty of Pelican Hill’s coastal setting. The spark above them created an intimate setting, perfect for the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour outdoors while taking in the ocean breeze. Our Garden Gazebos and Cabanas created comfortable gathering spaces, while Bora Bora accent tables and lounge seating added a relaxed yet refined feel. Every piece blended seamlessly with the coastal surroundings, inviting guests to mingle before the evening festivities began.

A Reception Designed to Impress

Guests arrived through a custom butter suede draped entrance complete with elegant pullbacks, setting the tone for the evening from the very first moment. The soft fabric and romantic styling created an inviting transition into the celebration while offering a glimpse of the beautiful design that awaited inside.

The reception transformed the ballroom into a completely custom environment. Rather than choosing a traditional all-white palette, Lexi and Nathan embraced rich layers of nudes, taupe creams, and grey, with subtle black accents for a sophisticated, modern look.

The ceiling became the focal point of the room. We designed custom fabric for the ceiling in various nude colors and different heights to create a contrast look. The layered installation created depth and movement while adding a romantic softness above every table. To complete the transformation, we installed approximately 500 linear feet of butter suede perimeter draping, wrapping the ballroom in luxurious fabric and creating an immersive experience from every angle. Black Las Vegas Dining Tables were covered in custom grey leather fabric with hand painted details and faux marble bases. Our marble New York DJ Booth anchored the dance floor and became the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening of celebration.
