We loved working with Fancy That! Event Design and Coordination and tic-tock Couture Florals to transform the ballroom at the Glendale Hilton into a lush, glamorous reception. We created a feathered back drop to complement tic-tock‘s beautiful sweetheart table covered in white roses and designed a custom, mirrored stage. We draped the entire ballroom in sheer, white fabric to create a warm and welcoming ambiance. This gorgeous reception in all white sparkled with mirrored table tops, candles and soft lighting. The Candlelight Concert, celebrating the Segerstrom Center for the Arts‘ 25th anniversary was filled with old Hollywood glamour and style! We collaborated with Elite OC Productions to transform the concert hall into a sparkling dream where Kristin Chenoweth and Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons performed for 450 guests. Cartier was the presenting sponsor and had their pages in sharp red uniforms greeting guests as they entered the 3000-seat Segerstrom Hall while the Sonoma Elementary School Eagles Advanced Band played Christmas carols. Trumpet heralds even announced dinner inside the concert hall after guests enjoyed a red-carpeted lounge area with Revelry white leather banquets and decor like silver, ornate mirrors, furniture and custom-designed bars. This gorgeous wedding at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills was over the top in a very good way! We draped white, sheer fabric at the ceremony and in the ballroom to create a glamorous look for this amazing wedding. We also created custom quilted bars and wall treatments, paper flower backdrops and created a custom-made stage. We also brought along our tufted banquettes, lounges and mirrored tables to complete the look!

Mark Held and Richard David are the amazing floral designers who own Mark’s Garden, part flower shop and part creative design studio in Sherman Oaks. They have an incredibly talented floral design staff and have designed for some pretty huge events including the Academy Awards Governor’s Ball, the Emmy Awards and the Golden Globes. Lindsay and Jon decided to have a destination wedding in Santa Monica. They live in Chicago and wanted to have a wedding that included sunshine and palm trees. They chose the Fairmont Miramar as their venue and the amazing Alicia Townsend of Details Details created a beautiful wedding for them. Square tables were decorated with white orchids and smaller arrangements of hydrangea, dahlias, reflexed roses, and lisianthus. The color scheme was mainly white, but with pops of purple. The reception was beautiful and instead of a sit-down dinner, Lindsay and Jon decided on food stations so guests could mingle and eat when they wanted to. Congratulations Lindsay and Jon!
