We recently got to help create this 60’s modern design with tic-tock Couture Florals for the Association of Bridal Consultants Orange County at the beautiful St. Regis Monarch Beach Hotel. The event, focusing on wedding trends, was well attended and included an impressive list of top-notch vendors like Carolina Herrera, tic-tock Couture Florals, White Lilac Inc., Bloom Box and Enchanted Florist. The chefs and mixologists from the St. Regis, Jay’s Catering, Itty Bitty Sweets, Hollywood Candy Girls, Simply Sweet Apples and A Wish and a Whisk were there to make sure everyone had something pretty and tasty to eat. It’s refreshing to see a couple still so in love after 25 years of marriage. We got to help Alice and Ira celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary at Hotel Bel Air by collaborating with Geller Events to create an unforgettable party. This anniversary party, planned by Nikki Khan of Exquisite Events, was truly unique and perfectly modern. We did lots of draping in soft, sheer fabrics and brought our curved, white tufted banquets, stools, mirrored tables and even created beautiful canopies in white and black. We helped to create a beautiful and fun 40th birthday party with the talented Nikki and Madiha Khan of Exquisite Events. We put together a glamorous, Marilyn Monroe inspired lounge for cocktail hour Montage Beverly Hills in black and white and the ballroom in a lovely cream and gold color palette. This romantic Old Hollywood Glamour wedding at the amazing Grand Del Mar in San Diego was over the top in a good way AND was featured in Inside Weddings! Sabrina and Vick’s wedding decor consisted of plenty of lace, pearls, feathers and bling in a lovely color scheme of pale pink, black and cream. Rose petals flanked the couple’s custom-made aisle runner with their monogram and Kathy Wright & Co. created some incredible floral arrangements of hydrangea, roses and peonies. The bride wore a gorgeous gown by Ines Di Santo and carried a beautiful bouquet. The bridesmaids carried nosegays of Malmaison roses and wore pink satin dresses overlaid with black lace. We’ve been very busy designing fabulous parties not only in L.A., but in Vegas too! We helped to design three New Year’s Eve parties at the Bellagio, MGM Grand and Aria and we’ll be blogging about them soon. Erica and Ari’s wedding was beautifully dreamy and elegant. The ceremony on The Beverly Hills Hotel lawn was magical and included a gorgeous chuppah supported by Revelry mirrored columns and topped with beautiful clouds of cherry blossoms by Floral Art. The Crystal Ballroom was decorated with hundreds of crystals hanging from the ceiling, our white lounge furniture and diamonds tables. We adorned the stage with mirrored, wooden panels and draped our beautiful fabric in layers. The orchids and candles in glass containers, placed on the mirrored tables created a lovely ambiance.
