Modern and Monochromatic Wedding at the Hotel Bel-Air

Revelry Event Designers loved being part of Brittney and Shany’s wedding planned and designed by Sterling Social at the Hotel Bel-Air as featured on The Knot! Their modern, monochromatic wedding was offset with soft accents of nude and rose gold. A mix of textures brought the luxe feel of the fete together; key pieces included mirrored tabletops, crystal candelabras, beaded vases and ruffled black linens.

The couple draped champagne-colored fabric on the hotel’s existing arbor structure as their chuppah. White petals and our white chairs with black tassels added a modern, minimalist touch to the garden ceremony. Gorgeous white orchids from JL Designs were displayed in large black vases at the ceremony. Black tassels were attached to the crisp white escort cards, tying in with the rest of the wedding decor.

Mirrored tabletops, silver-edged china plates and our black chiavari chairs added a glam touch to the table decor and gave the reception a sleek and sophisticated look. Metallic vases full of cream flowers adorned the mirrored tables, with crystal candelabras rising from them. Tight arrangements of cream roses and hydrangeas were reminiscent of the dramatic folds in Brittney’s bustled skirt. The all-white, two-tier cake was decorated with a large white sugar flower and cascading flower petals down the side.
